1. Exercise. Im sure that most of you think I am crazy for saying this, but exercise can be the best form of stress reliever. I personally know that when you are tired and in a bad mood, the last thing you want to do is to go workout, but it works and works fast. Exercise can help release the endorphins that you need to give you lots more energy and put you into a good mood.

2. Meditation. This is a very good form of relieving stress. The right kind of meditation will put your mind and soul at ease and let you enjoy the quiet times of pregnancy. The best thing you can do is to go to google and search for meditation CDs and then read the reviews and pick out the 1 that fits you best.
